We inspect utility rooms, under accessible stairwells, and in some areas that you would not consider. We use very bright lighting so we can see what surfaces look like in full detail. You would be surprised at what you see with light directed on walls at contrasting angles. We also look at certain elements of suspect HVAC systems to identify if mold may be within air handlers or ductwork.
We bring with us many tools such as moisture meters, fiber optic scopes (to see within wall cavities), hygrometers, and laser thermometers, for example.
But most of all, we bring many years of experience of knowing where to look and what to examine. Our experts can help you understand if you have a problem or not.
We can also perform tests on surfaces or sample the air to discover mold types and concentrations, either with a surface sample analysis, or as a comparative spore count.
